Rooted in Safety, Respect and Evidence
- Trauma-Informed Lens: I prioritise your emotional safety, pacing, and choice, ensuring you never feel rushed and our work is always evidence based.
- Client-Centered Collaboration: You are the expert on your own life. We work as equal partners in your healing journey
Modalities offered
I dynamically integrate several evidence-based modalities to support your mental health:
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): To identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns and behaviours
- Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT): To quiet your inner critic and develop deep self-compassion.
- Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT): To help you accept what is out of your control and commit to actions that align with your core values.
- Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR): A specialised, structured therapy used to help the brain reprocess traumatic memories and reduce emotional distress.
